While this is not a poem on love languages, the desire for words of appreciation got me wondering about them. So what are your love languages? Let me know in the comments below.
When I told you this morning about ‘The New Yorker’ article I wrote on moon phases
All I wanted was for you to garnish me with praise
A dash of love in the form of a hug and a kiss
Sprinkle of some ‘I am proud of you sweetheart’ on the very top
I really wish you hadn’t forgotten the very first thing
A big smile on your face to let me know you still care about our case.
